I offer creative, nurturing and inclusive workshops that invite people to reconnect with their imagination and sense of wonder.
My sessions bring art, creativity and mindfulness together to encourage play, relaxation, curiosity and self-expression.
Whether I'm working with a small community group, a classroom or a wellbeing project, my aim is to create a welcoming space where creativity can gently unfold.
I am a qualified teacher and trained dramatherapist, with experience delivering creative workshops across schools, festivals and community settings. I am fully insured and DBS checked.
Gentle, restorative creative sessions using art as a way to slow down, become present and explore creativity.
Slow, rhythmic hand-stitching using colour, texture and pattern as a way to explore stillness and creative flow.
Observational drawing inspired by the natural world, exploring shape, pattern, colour and the possibilities of letting an image evolve.
Creative exploration inspired by nature, mythology, symbolism and the unique spirit of place.
Creative writing and art exercises that encourage imagination, reflection and self-expression.
Collaborative creative projects designed for community groups, schools, festivals and wellbeing settings.
Explore an imaginative world of dragons, fairies and forest beings through watercolour, drawing and mixed media.
Themes can develop naturally over a series of sessions, allowing participants' ideas and imagery to deepen and evolve.
There is also the possibility of bringing these ideas into textiles, combining stitching, fabric and mixed media.
A gentle form of active meditation using the repetitive movement of needle and thread.
There are no patterns to follow and no requirement to produce a particular result. Instead, we explore colour, texture and intuitive mark-making, allowing the design to emerge naturally.
Beginning with observational drawing, we explore the patterns and forms we find in nature before introducing watercolour and allowing the work to develop into larger or more abstract pieces.
Creative writing and art exercises exploring imagination, self-expression and reflection.

Over the years I have delivered creative workshops in schools, festivals, community centres, day centres for older adults and a wide range of community settings.
I have also facilitated numerous art sessions in Glastonbury and the surrounding area.
I have worked with organisations including Yeast Scrapstore, Children's World, Somerset Skills and Learning, Glastonbury Sacred Death Centre and the Glastonbury Mental Health Network.
Every group is different, and I enjoy adapting each session to meet the people I'm working with.
Living in Glastonbury continues to inspire my practice, with its rich cultural heritage and strong connection to nature and creativity.
